Fletcher

Dr. Colleen Fletcher

Colleen has 25 years experience in education, administration and community partnership development in Mozambique. Her experience in education has included private and public school administration, teacher training and development, contextualizing curricula and monitoring and evaluating school systems. She holds a Bachelor of Education from North-West University South Africa, a Masters in developing leadership skills from Buffalo State University USA, and her Doctoral thesis, which received the Doctor of Education Thesis of the year award is on the development of public-private partnerships in education in Mozambique from the University of Liverpool, UK.

Jasmine Howell, M.Ed.

Jasmine’s experience in education, project management, research and reporting spans across Southern Africa, North America and currently, Mozambique, since 2017. She holds a Bachelor of Education from the University of Victoria, a Diploma in Performing Arts from the Canadian College of Performing Arts, and a Masters in Adult Education and Global Change from the University of British Columbia focused on facilitating impactful community partnerships. Jasmine’s work in numerous contexts, public and private, has allowed her to re-imagine what education can look like and has guided her work to facilitate opportunities that foster pride and voice through learning.


Paula Dias

Paula is a passionate social activist, with a degree in Economics that she received from Nankai University in China. She has worked on women empowerment at the MuGeDE (women, gender and development) association, as well as youth employment and internship programmes at a national level in Mozambique. She is a passionate volunteer and teacher and is committed to creating meaningful intentional experiences for learners of any age and background.
